Firstly, sorry for the delayed response! Secondly, I thought I did, but I can’t find it. It could be misfiled. I transferred lots of stuff to digital over the years, but I never get rid of stuff. It could be that someone else gave it to me and I’ve just owned it in my heart so now I’m imagining owning it in my hands. 🙂
